Kennett Winterfest brings together more than 1,800 craft beer enthusiasts for an afternoon of exceptional beer, cider, mead, great food, and community in Kennett Square.

We're looking for food trucks, specialty food producers, and unique retail vendors to help create a memorable experience for our attendees.

Whether you're serving up delicious bites, showcasing locally made products, or offering something unexpected, we'd love to hear from you!

Kennett Collaborative will review applications and approve participants based on fit with event programming and theme, type of product or service offered, and space availability.

ATTENDANCE: On average we have 1,800 - 2,000 attendees

DAY-OF-TIMELINE

SET-UP begins at 9:00 am. All vehicle parking and unloading must occur BEFORE 11:30 am. Any Food Trucks or vehicles that arrive after 11:30 am will not be allowed on site. Food Trucks and vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 12:00 pm. Once unloaded, vendors may park at the Kennett High School (100 South Street, Kennett Square, PA).

SELLING TIME: For safety, security & insurance reasons, Vendors are not allowed to sell before 12:00 pm and cannot sell after 4:00 pm.

BREAK DOWN & CLEAN UP: You are responsible for your own area for setup and cleanup. Food Trucks MUST bring their own trash containers and REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP around their truck area. Do not dispose of food waste, oil, etc. down any drains. Large recycling and trash dumpsters will be on site. Please deposit trash and recycling in the respective dumpsters.

VENDOR FEES: $200 (+ processing fees).

REFUND POLICY: As this is a rain, snow, or shine event, vendor fees will not be refunded.

SPACE: Food Truck Vendors will receive a designated location to park your truck based on its size. Other vendors are required to have a 10x10 tent, you are welcome to provide you own branded tent or select the option to rent one through our event rental company. If you provide your own tent you must also provide adequate weights or tie-downs (40lbs per leg). Please note, all setup is on pavement. 

UTILITIES: Electricity & water are NOT supplied.

AGE: No one under 21 is permitted within the festival area, including babies in carriers and strollers. 

Product + Display/Setup

If you did not participate in Brewfest or Winterfest last year:

• Upload at least 3 photos that show a variety of the products you intend to offer.
• Upload 1 photo of your typical product display / event setup / food truck (if available).

All vendors MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the following as additional insured: Kennett Collaborative, 106 W. State Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348.

We love collaborating with our participating vendors to spread the word about Winterfest! Help us make this year's event a success by sharing the excitement with your customers and followers.

We're already looking ahead to a big milestone! The 30th Annual Kennett Brewfest is scheduled for Saturday, October 9, 2027, and we'd love to have you join us!

Selecting yes does not guarantee acceptance. Additional event details and participation requirements will be shared closer to Brewfest.

All applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by Friday, November 20.

Selected participants will receive additional information about setup, equipment, logistics, insurance, and invoicing following acceptance.
